Is there a minimum order quantity?

Yes, but it's only 10! 

Do you offer bulk quantity discounts?

Yes we do, please drop us a line so we can tailor a design and quote according to your needs.  

Are there setup fees or designs costs?

No, absolutely not. All design work is free of charge and obligation free. There are no hidden or additional fees. 

How do I request a design?

Easy, just email through your club logo and design instructions and we'll return to you within 24hrs with your design. 

What is sublimation?

Sublimation printing allows high-quality images to be printed onto specialized fabric without loss of quality or detail. Our state of the art machinery first imparts our premium ink to a specific type of paper. The paper and fabric are then pressed together under temperatures over 200 degrees (Celsius). The ink turns to gas and permeates into the fabric, the heat is removed and the gas solidifies and the ink is locked permanently into the fabric. 

As with many industries the quality of materials, machinery and workmanship can vary. We only use state of the art machinery and premium European ink. 

Can I add my club & sponsors logo?

Yes, using our custom design process we can design almost anything you can imagine. All we need are your logo's and design instructions to get a design concept together for you. 

How long do custom orders take?

Production takes just 28 days from final design approval. Allow another 5-10 business days for delivery.

What fabric do you use?

We use a premium grade high stretch Lycra blend, not too dissimilar to a high quality pair of performance bathers. Our helmet covers are fade resistant, machine washable and extremely durable. 

Do you deliver worldwide?  

Yes, we delivery everywhere. Usually using Fedex or your local national post service.
